The NRI Customer can later courier the document to the Authorized person who later has to Notarize the POA with the help of an Advocate. The person with Notarized POA can later execute the Leave and License Agreement on the behalf of NRI Customer.
The drawback here is that this is a time consuming process and also depends upon the availability of Emabassy within the vicinity of NRI Customer
2) Registered Special POA Route:-
This route is most suitable for those who are still in India and planning to move in a month or two or those who happen to be in India on personal vacation or some official work. Those customers can Register Special Power of Attorney in the name of their Blood relative or close friend who happens to be in the same city where property is located.
This route is the best suited method by which an NRI customer can register all future Leave and License Agreements in Maharashtra.
3) Self Execution Route:-
This route is the most costlier but at the same time is the quickest method and if a NRI customer has more than one property then can have self control on registration of Leave and License Agreements. Almost all of us are aware of this fact that in current scenario, you will hardly find a trustworthy person except from your blood relation whom you can trust for this requirement.
It’s for this reason only now-a-days most of the NRI property owners prefer to execute the agreement by themselves.
